Theres was this looming, very rational feeling and thought that you could be the next one to be chopped from the company. A lot of people were fired for very general reasons while I worked there. Including the person who hired me before I even started.
My new bosses upon arrival made it clear they did not want to work with me through their actions. One I didnt meet until my third week there at a company function. The other sat me down one time within the first week to tell me she will only be my boss temperarily. Never once did they take my resume or discuss with me what my pros, cons, or aspirations were for future consulting positions. I felt doomed from the beggining.
