My experience with the hiring process was fantastic. This was due to Ariana Wang (Recruiter) being a phenomenal communicator, I was impressed with her professionalism and constant communication. I had a couple of offers from other companies for the same position however decided to pursue employment with Seqoia due to the great way I was treated by the recruitment team.Thank you Ariana and thank you Seqoia for the way you handle business.

Supportive upper management and excellent work culture. Provides a great balance between work and personal life. Competitive benefits and housing discounts that come in handy. Streamlined policies, procedures, job aids and operations manual to assist with your day to day tasks. Sequoia also offers many tools and resources to prepare you for your next career opportunity. Speaking of opportunity, I’ve recently transferred to one of their largest sites and I am very honored and thrilled to have been chosen to take this position which was previously held by someone for over a decade. Another thing is: They really do put their employees first and value their opinion by utilizing team member feedback to improve as a whole; to me, that speaks volumes. Thank you Sequoia, for being the best place to work!
