Pros

No glass ceilings here! Corporate is accessible and knows you by name. Good pay. Great company values. Incentives are huge here and often times very generous. And sometimes you get a gift card for no reason other than it's national ice cream day! Bonuses abound!

Cons

Healthcare is on the expensive side.
