Pros

Working for Sequoia for several years, I have had an amazing experience! I have been able to grow within the company and rewarded for hard work. I feel valued and appreciated. They spend a lot of time on training and unique ways to keep employees engaged.

Cons

Everything has been positive, I look forward to working for Sequoia for a long time.
