I appreciate working with my colleagues who are smart, committed, ethical, genuine and trustworthy. I appreciate flexibility and support in my work schedule. Excellent healthcare, benefits and competitive compensation. Mission driven making our work not only important but fun and rewarding to see the impact we make everyday on improving the lives of seniors all while maintaining a great work-life balance.

Cons

Ever since our new CEO Sara McVey joined in 2019, things have only been getting better so I don't have any complaints or cons about working at Sequoia LIving.

I have worked for Sequoia Living Tamalpais for about a year and love it. Quality care and employees come before the dollar. Having worked at other senior living companies, I can say Sequoia Living is the best!!
