From the executive to the everyday worker, I feel the culture of care. It is a positive supportive place. Great benefits.

Cons

Parking is a challenge. Employee parking is down the hill and is a walk up the hill. Many employees park on the street.

Residents and colleagues The upper management that I have encountered have been supportive and open to change ( without a great deal resistance) Working with staff that are committed to quality care . Food service for staff is excellent Medical director is top notch

Cons

It is a difficult climate right now in the senior living environment for all operators. I haven’t found a negative yet, to be perfectly honest.
