Sequoia Living formerly known as NCPHS has provided me the opportunity for growth and imagination. Over the years there have been challenging issues, projects and times. As a TEAM, we have come up with programs and game plans that were truly in the best interest of the people we serve and my colleagues that I work with. Sequoia Living allowed for flexibility and a genuine interest in exploring innovative measures to grow and sustain. I would like to quote the following phrase from Ted Key " Every job is a self-portrait of the person who does it. Autograph your work with excellence. ~Ted Key". Sequoia Living allowed me to do just that.

Cons

Demanding work, however that is overcome by ones initiative and ethics.

Sequoia Living is a mission driven organization that puts residents and staff first. The whole team is collaborative and person-centered and filled with experts with many years of dedicated work in this field.

It's a good caring organization for Seniors and pretty clean. Since new CEO who listens to people's voices joined, I am seeing a progress.

Cons

It appears that there are no growth opportunities. The reportings are not automatic and manual that requires a lot of times and not efficent.
