There's plenty of room to grow. The company truly invests in you. The benefits are the best I've been provided in my career.

Cons

The drive for me can be pretty far, but the drive into the facility is quite scenic.

Sequoia Living promotes a very positive and healthy working environment. From the top to the bottom, everyone is really nice to work with/ work for. Sequoia Living offers competitive pay with amazing benefits + offer a lot of programs that are very pro employee; from scholarships to counseling and all other employee programs.

Cons

Some departments are short staffed and they could really use the coverage
