Pros

I love the staff and the culture. I feel supported at work

Cons

Nurses from the health center are expected to assist residents from other floors on weekends whenever there is an emergency or treatments to be done. It could be overwhelming.

Pros

Sequoia Living formerly known as NCPHS has provided me the opportunity for growth and imagination. Over the years there have been challenging issues, projects and times. As a TEAM, we have come up with programs and game plans that were truly in the best interest of the people we serve and my colleagues that I work with. Sequoia Living allowed for flexibility and a genuine interest in exploring innovative measures to grow and sustain. I would like to quote the following phrase from Ted Key " Every job is a self-portrait of the person who does it. Autograph your work with excellence. ~Ted Key". Sequoia Living allowed me to do just that.

Cons

Demanding work, however that is overcome by ones initiative and ethics.
