      Pros

      Great coworkers, talented people in trenches who do not get the credit. disillusioned, like you will be. Good benefits and nice working conditions and location in Reston. Went in with high expectations, and brought down to reality of the futility of hard work if you are not a man.

      Cons

      One of the most sexist environments for women, you will work yourself to the grave and be placated by male bosses but never rewarded. False promises abound, and if you are not actually harassed, you are lucky. You will get nowhere. Old boy network and many poor performing leaders keep their jobs despite common knowledge of failure. Expect to be thrown under the bus at a moment's notice if it protects someone male and higher up.
