      Pros

      You have the oopprtunity to learn more skills despite the one you were hired for due to numerous training opportunities. Your chances of growing within the company are also magnified due to these trainings.

      Cons

      Still very new in the UAE, company hasnt stabilized yet.

      Pros

      You get paid. and the training is adequate. Locations are always central, which is good for transport.

      Cons

      Bad morale, crap management, appalling facilities. You get hassled for targets that are constantly moving, with very little support to actually achieve. Upper management is poorly qualified and often lacking in leadership skills.
