Pros

Just average standard BPO, not up to the mark of its international counterpart.

Cons

Facilities very bad, HRs and other seniors expect a few are rude, even the security guards behave like they are the boss, location is very remote, no food or drink outlet near by, roads are full of potholes, Parking is under capacity, canteen doesn't have quality food, most computers and software is outdated, salaries are really low, even the transport guys are worst they just change their pick-up stands and don't update it with Managers.
