Business Outlook
Pros
Fast moving and constantly changing (good change) with strong growth and prospects for the future. Good career opportunities and a culture in most parts of the business to encourage staff to progress in their career. In my own contract the management are particularly good at employee engagement and this has fostered a real values driven culture and success.
Cons
Complex technical systems in my part of the business and too many technology platforms used where possibly one would do.
