      Serco is one of the best company where, one who joined can receive ample growth of opportunities.

      Pros

      If a person who has completed with his graduation and wanted to start his career then SERCO will be the best option for them.

      Cons

      Serco need to extend upsconding time from 3 days to more than a week. Because every one will have their own problem that might take some long period. With that Problem the person should not loose the job, it effects his career.

      Good progression, friendly staff and clearly visible leaders and senior managers on site. Additional development plans and internal growth opportunities

      Cons

      Late notice of decision, not collaborative. Poor thought on employees and lack of real focus on employee engagement and benefits

      Overall it's been positive, but it's not necessarily a place you want to be if you're looking to grow your career.

      Pros

      There are some solid, competent team members and they work hard and go the extra mile when necessary. The atmosphere is fairly laid back and people are flexible and understanding.

      Cons

      There isn't always a lot of room for growth. It's mostly government work, which doesn't always lend itself to doing cutting edge work. Being billable and making the bottom line is a main focus, so it's really hard to get time at work to improve your skill set.
