      A company with a lot of potential but pays very little

      Pros

      Working with a diverse clientele. Loved helping the service members with career transition.

      Cons

      A lot of work and very little pay. Not a lot of appreciation for hard working employees. No career progression unless you are near the home office in VA.

      Great People....but not the best company.

      Pros

      The people you work with are pretty great. The pay was good and the company (depending on the office) has a family-first attitude with a caring feeling.

      Cons

      Corporate training is almost non-existant for things they want you to do with the job. Yearly evaluations are a joke. There is almost no interaction between upper management and the casual worker. Upper management does not really care about the employees, but only about the bottom line.

      Great co-workers who care about the soldiers we were hired to help with the transition process.

      Cons

      Low pay Lack of guidance on Army policies within the company Lack of communication between the Army IMCOM and Serco in developing guiding policies and implementation processes. High demand on working 80 hour weeks due to poor database performance.
