      Pros

      it used to be a great place to work. you felt valued. you felt like even if the contract ended, the company wanted to retain your knowledge and skills for another contract. everything I valued about the company is gone

      Cons

      you're just a number. benefits are expensive. there is no tuition reimbursement.

      Pros

      It is hard to list the pros. The company has gone through so many changes that all the things that were great about this job is not longer there. The only thing that comes to mind is immediate customer satisfaction. When you help someone with their application, you know it right then and that is a great feeling. Other than that, this company is not worth working for.

      Cons

      There are so many things that I dislike about working here now. The supervisors are vindictive, upper management treat the General Clerks like cattle. They just cut our hours to 32 and then moved up the deadline for a forced schedule change to this weekend with 3 days notice. There is an ever present fear that you will lose your job every few months. If you work here, work until you find something better
