      Pros

      Job is fantastic. You work with military transitioning service members get ready for civilian employment. You really feel like you're making a difference.

      Cons

      The pay differential is wide across regions. Additionally, management from the contract (DOL VETS TAP) is sub-par. You get the sense they don't care about the employees, especially employees working outside of CONUS, very much.

      Medical insurance options are great. The 401K match is good.
