      Generally flexible and open-minded management. Decent benefits. They try to be more forward-thinking.

      Cons

      -- Recruiting and hiring is a painfully long and confused process -- almost every new hire I knew, myself included, had a ton of trouble from pre-interview to onboarding. -- Ghost you on both internal and external applications. Job application system doesn't send out emails to let you know status updates. Hiring managers do not stick to quoted decision timelines. -- Once your contract is over, don't expect anything. There may be a lot of talk about prioritizing placing you, but they don't.
