Pros

easy work on your own decent pay for an entry level position can miss some days a step up from fast food jobs

Cons

boring schedule is not flexible no way to advance everyone thinks they are better than you (atmosphere) They do nothing about employees who display racist behavior towards others.

Stay away from the Montgomery Office

The management in the Montgomery location is awful. Serco promotes bad behavior and lacks professionalism. They promoted someone to supervisor that was consistently late and calling out to work. Even when they did show up for their shift, they would disappear from the floor for hours at a time. That same person posted negative comments regarding employees on social media and kept their job. Upper management, even the VPs, know what's going on at the office and don't do anything about it. Over 75% of the team left for other opportunities before making it a year with the company. That says a lot about the work environment.
