Cons

Treats DEI as the be-all and end-all, even when it blatantly discriminates. Support networks for every demographic under the sun except for straight white male. No bonuses unless management grade Generally toxic work environment. Never listened to, and usually talked over. I have 25 years experience in my field, but ignored in every meeting.
