      Pros

      Company promote their employees, Everyday data input is new, Health Insurance, 401k

      Cons

      Compete with others really doesn't make the employee focus on doing their job correctly but to just put numbers in and be faulty of bad production. Consideration will be a great part of a roll and not stressing your employee's.

      Serco had a great reputation at the time that I joined

      Loosing the contract to a lesser known company, salaries were cut, b benefits decreased, work responsibilities increased.

      Pros

      I had at least five good bosses. Many of my co-workers were good people. Benefits were okay and the pay was a little above average. I would recommend this if someone were in need of a job with reservations.

      Cons

      They hire and fire at the drop of a hat. They changed their minds frequently about how the work was to be processed. Work flow was uneven and during parts of the year there was nothing to do. They didn't take this into consideration and it seemed like everybody knew somebody who was on a Performance Improvement Plan due to how production was calculated. That was a mystery as to how production was calculated.
