Serene Home Nursing Agency is very reliable, dependable, well organized, and lead by wonderful professionals. In fact, professionalism is the company's top priority. The work availabilty is excellent and they offer educational programs such as vent classes, hospice training, etc. Additionally, you will be properly informed prior to each assigned case. I can't say enough about this agency! They are in one word, amazing.

Enjoyable and rewarding place to work. Family oriented. Everyone works together. Compassionate and understanding upper management. The CEO is a pleasure to work for. I look forward to coming into work everyday

Cons

Exhausting all efforts to get approval from the insurance company to provide services and then having to deny services to a patient because the insurance company will not approve the care that is needed.
