Pros

Flexible with schedules, location off major expressway, will hire from within and nice coworkers.

Cons

Corporate politics - it just depends on your skills and if your really needed at time of hire - it will determine how soon you will advance. Never met the CEO or any executives because there aren't any company meetings or events. Poor health benefits option. Low pay and it was non-negotiable.

Pros

My co-workers. I love my co-workers because they're all so understanding and down to earth. I wouldnt have made it 2 years without them. This job is good if you are in school or have a flexible schedule because the call center is open 24/7.

Cons

Everything else. The pay is ok but could be better. The management team is horribe. They show alot of favoritism and dont really care about their employees, especially the ones that have been there for years. The benefits/medical is not good at all.

Pros

Family orientated. Understanding managers that will go out of their way to help. Private company that doesn't answer to their stock prices. Low turnover because department managers do care of their employees.

Cons

The CEO doesn't care about employees. Poor benefits. Medical cost is nearly all on the employee. No real vision or dental. No matching 401K and no incentive to improve your skills outside of self motivation. No promotion structure and no clear end of the year reviews unless provided by individual department managers.
