I've had the pleasure of working at Serv-U-Success, left for another opportunity, and quickly came back. Serv-U-Success allows you to put your family/life first. I've noticed first hand what this can do to an organization that truly acts on this. We are empowered to want to do better for Serv-U-Success daily because they allow us the flexibility to have a happy life. We also execute at a high level. We are the retail elite!

Great benefits- 3 medical plans, life insurance paid for by Serv-U. 401k match which you’re eligible to partake in right away. Performance based raises. Stable work, and company is growing year over year. Serv-U does truly want the best for their people, and will work to find solutions if issues are presented in the proper way. Company has a solid future being a subsidiary of Meijer and with our growing partnership with them.

Cons

Retail work in itself comes with plenty of cons, like a lot of changes to adapt to and inevitably turn over. Dealing with this can sometimes be difficult.
