Great benefits- 3 medical plans, life insurance paid for by Serv-U. 401k match which you’re eligible to partake in right away. Performance based raises. Stable work, and company is growing year over year. Serv-U does truly want the best for their people, and will work to find solutions if issues are presented in the proper way. Company has a solid future being a subsidiary of Meijer and with our growing partnership with them.

Cons

Retail work in itself comes with plenty of cons, like a lot of changes to adapt to and inevitably turn over. Dealing with this can sometimes be difficult.

I am able to work with my manager for the flexibility that I need with scheduling. I like that the company focuses on no-drama. At the end of the day, I don't take my work home with me.

Cons

Sometimes things get swamped with a lot coming at us all at once.
