Pros

Easiest way to get promoted is to do nothing, or suck up to higher management(buying/making gifts), good place to work if you don’t actually want to work, easiest place to say your working when your really not.

Cons

Not a good place to go if your wanting to make a career, the don’t listen to their employees when there’s a problem, they over look the good workers, not fair to all their employees, raises suck, they don’t like to pay your expenses after promising compensation. You’ll get promised extra compensation to travel some where and they will come back and refuse to stick to their promise. Always expect others to take credit for your work.

Pros

Flexible schedule, mental gymnastics, keeps you physically fit. Job assignment location had wonderful staff. The job is like a physical game of Tetris, so if you enjoy organizing this job is perfect.

Cons

Managers get bonuses the harder and more productive employees are; the employee gets no similar incentives. Low work morale eventually set in when management continually reaped the benefits of our hard work.
