Pros

Don't really have to worry about being fired. Good hours and benifits if your full time. Part time positions are normally always open.

Cons

Some of the managers at certain stores treat their employees like absolute crap. Some employees just wanna go there get their work done and get out of there. Some of the managers for serv-u-success think they can leave early just because their salary.

If you work hard and critically think you will do well. Their is opportunity to advance if you can make yourself standout and seize it.

Cons

Projects can be much larger than the trained workforce can handle. Temps are brought in who offer next to nothing.
