Set schedule Come to work whenever you want, why not everyone else does.

LOW PAY POOR MANAGEMENT DEAD END JOB LOTS OF NEPOTISM High turnover in employees 401 K only at 50% match NO PAID HOLIDAYS you have to use your PTO you earned to get paid for it Work all holidays No Overtime No growth Too much work for little pay
