      moved up from part time merchandiser to store service lead in less than a years time.

      Cons

      early start time, have to pick up others slack.

      The physical work is easy enough.

      Cons

      Lack of coherent management structure. Poor performing employees are never corrected. No support given for leadership positions. Working nights is a must, even if hired for "days". Lack of communication between teams. A lot of blame shifting, lack of accountability.

      If you work hard and critically think you will do well. Their is opportunity to advance if you can make yourself standout and seize it.

      Cons

      Projects can be much larger than the trained workforce can handle. Temps are brought in who offer next to nothing.
