Pros

there are no pros to working here.

Cons

I'm not going to get into all the negative aspects of this "company', the lowest forms of human beings ever to work for, if your not family, don't waste your time...if you enjoy drinking and drugs and being lazy, this is your company...if you like being able to run time card scams.individuals banking 2 checks a week using his wife's and/or his other time card....no one cares about having standards and no integrity or honesty is ever shown. If you are an experienced brown noser, you may do well with this company...til you start asking about more pay, vacations...etc...they like people who don't ask questions!

No ability to manage

Pros

Entry level positions are very easy to attain if you have an above average work ethic and show up on time everyday. The positions pay an above average hourly rate for the type of work that is being done.

Cons

None of the managers I have had can manage a group of people. Their leadership ability is what will make working for the company difficult. They tend to contract out to temp agencies which bring undesirable workers who cause more problem than it is worth. Which would be a major problem if the temps didn't quit after a week.

Pros

None. Unless you have a medical marijuana card for Michigan. Then there is no drug test when hired. Even if you get hurt at work. Or come in smelling like marijuana. As long as you don’t consume on Meijer property you are good to go.

Cons

You might be asked to falsify time cards to show the companies that have contracted you to do work for them like Kellogg’s, Kraft, KeHe, and Meijer (spices) to show you had billable hours when you actually did not provide service for those hours.
