Pros

Great benefits, genuine and humble leadership team. The leadership of the company genuinely wants to make the experience for employees better and are willing to poke fun at themselves. It's refreshing. Also, the fact that Servco is privately owned means they can do literally afford to be patient and generous at the same time. Events like the family fun day, and Servco holiday gift are highlights of the year.
