Great benefits and majority of the people who were there are local.

Cons

Small IT shop required to do more work than is humanly possible. Rotating monitoring jobs while working full time.

I've worked for Servco for 10 years and truly feel that it deserves the Best Places to Work designation that it has received. It is a company with very personable leaders, good development opportunities and strong core values. I've worked for several companies in California and Hawaii and to me, Servco stands above the rest in terms of business culture.

Cons

Would like to be able to experience more flex time. I would welcome being able to participate in telecommuting opportunities.
