Pros

Started out with amazing products, superior engineers, good commission structure and lot's of atonamy.

Cons

Owners got greedy, cut commissions and lost sight of core of values. The best sales people quit, the rest drank the corporate coolaid.

Pros

Everyone is happy. I couldn't believe it when I started working here only because it seemed so utopia-like. But its true. I've never worked at a job before where everyone seemed so comfortable, happy, at-peace, etc.

Cons

I can't think of a single con.
