Pros

The people that work along side you are amazing, they have a good product, they try to distract you from the real issues with cake and lunch.

Cons

Poor pay, no loyalty to long time employees, zero career growth, VERY clicky, poor management and inappropriate relationships with in upper management.

Sever Technology is a great small, privately held company to work for. You won't find a better culture within in a company in Reno.

Cons

The only con about Server Technology is because it is a small company growth opportunity is sometimes not there.
