      Bottom line SCM and its people are PHENOMENAL beginning with the OWNERS and ending with the PACKERS!!! Significant incentive(s) which drive teamwork and dedication!! Reccomended!!!

      Pros

      The company itself is lead by some very positive people. They keep the factory clean compared to a lot of other aluminum extrusion plants. They take safety seriously. One of the few companies I know that has a production bonus.

      Cons

      It can be really hot in the summer if you're not working in the front office. Even with the fans and Gatorade that the company supplies you have to be careful of heat exhaustion.
