They focus too much on billing and it creates high stress . Supervisors micromanage which can create anxiety

-flexible schedule -can work from home most days -step and grade system where you get a raise every other year -opportunities for bonuses every quarter -supportive team members -Great connections made with the people we support

Cons

-billing is a huge focus of the job -hard to move up, but opportunities do present themselves to move up -not enough time exclusions
