The company is very team oriented, you'll never feel alone. People are very open to help you succeed and management is very compassionate.

Cons

You will deal with people outside the organization who are dealing with stressful life events and that will take a toll on you eventually. There is also a lot of deadline, paperwork and red tape to go through in the job
