Very flexible schedule, competitive salary and benefits for human service industry, mobile work environment, supportive team of peers, positive atmosphere, interesting and meaningful work, commitment to quality, established organization

Cons

Adjusting to mobile environment is more challenging than most people would expect; changes to processes and requirements are frequent (but manageable if you maintain a flexible mindset); the fast pace and high standards are not a fit for everyone

Cons

There are a lot of changes within the DDA program, have to be organized to keep up.

Positive atmosphere, caring leadership, shared leadership, everyone's opinions are taken into consideration, growth opportunities, program expansion.

Cons

The down side to shared leadership is that it takes more time to get something changed or approved, due to an idea needing feedback and approval from all levels/committees.
