Remote work/ good schedule decent management

Cons

Not enough pay for salary base. Commission is based off of amount of customers you can implement so it changes month to month.

Strongly transitioning to a numbers company every department is urged to sale. Accountability is a huge issue no one wants to take responsibility to follow processes Salary is way lower than the industry standard not only for TX but the whole US To many meetings no actions
