Cons
Terrible restructuring after company merger. Most of the best managers and workers left. It was a great company that crumbled within a year due to bad management and new processes poorly executed by the new manager. The new execs don't listen to experienced employees with good ideas. They refuse to learn the software to get an understanding of how the system works. The software has bugs that are not addressed in a timely manner, sometimes over a year old before they're acknowledged. IMs are expected to come up with inefficient processes and get dinged for cancelation that are out of their control. You have attain almost a 100% retention rate, but other departments are not held accountable for poor service and filtered back to IM to handle. The company motto "Win ethically" no longer exists. Now it's expected to get a customer to sign up even if they are a poor fit and pay upfront, but now they do not offer refunds even after the first discovery call. This puts immense pressure on the IM to try to "trick" the customer to stay for three months so you can keep your bonus, knowing the customer is not a good fit. Everyone who has left is making more base pay that aligns with industry standards and competitive pay. Management is not transparent and keeps making promises for higher pay, but keeps pushing the goal line and has no real answers, except to be patient.
