Pros

I didnt think this company knows how to treat their employees, so the whole concept of pros escapes them

Cons

Horrible work/home life balance. Not understanding to personal emergencies. There is a lot of gossiping and trash talking to employees from the management team. HR is extrmely unprofessional which is ironic. I cant believe he still has a job.
