A strong company with an amazing client base. Leadership team laser focussed on growth while maintaining culture. Niche product space with an attractive upside.

Cons

Could use more frequent and formal company-wide communication from top leadership about the company strategy and future. Career paths are not well documented.

Pros

There's a great support structure around you. Co-workers are always willing to help, to the point where they get competitive about who can help you best/first. Management is always looking to see what they can do for you, vice what you can do for them. As a remote worker, I get a long leash and they trust me to be an adult and just get my work handled. Generous vacation policy (you even get your birthday!) and competitive benefits package.

Cons

Onboarding can be tough. HR is miles ahead of where it was just months ago, but certain positions don't even have a skeleton of a training system in place yet. You really have to be willing to dive in and drown for a while.
