- Laid off entire mobile engineering team from pleasanton in 2020 and outsourced these jobs to Belarus. - Most of engineering is outsourced to a bodyshop in Belarus. Working with these contractors can be frustrating due to difference in time zone, culture, communication and engineering skills. The engineering leadership is build more around managing Russian speaking contractors than building a great product. - High tech debt and low quality products. Deadlines are prioritized above quality.
