Pros
Early on it was a great company to work for. The company was very ethical and provided an excellent working atmosphere. They also provided good benefits and compensation.
Cons
The last three years of working here were very tough, especially the last year. The company was purchased by an investment company roughly seven years earlier. The last three years they began positioning the company for either selling or going public along with outsourcing departments. This caused the overall working environment to deteriorate. Many upper management and executives were removed and or replaced, staff were being laid off, budget cuts, facilities being closed and so forth. Ethics were no longer a priority.
