Pros

Helping people through stressful moments, saving and restoring items that are very important to someone. And meeting some very interesting people.

Cons

24/7 on call. Some jobs can be in very dangerous location late at night. Bed bugs! Cleaning up crime scenes.

No hazard pay when was told otherwise and I make $11 am hour. Over worked and under payed, place is a joke.

They lie about hours worked, raises and hazard pay. They will work you through express employment pros so they can pay 11$ an hour.

Helping people that's in need. Job when you need it. There's a lot of franchises in Birmingham Alabama. It's a job.

Cons

Not enough hours and no benefits, work your butt off and nothing in return. Owner does not put money back in business.
