Pros

Started with only 4 hours a week, was getting 40+ hours by the time I left. There was always work available.

Cons

Pay wasn’t great, but I did get several raises. The worst issue is the passive aggressive supervisors. They lied and shifted blame A LOT. Even the owner of the company was this way. She was the worst to be honest.

Different every day. Can be fun/interesting sometimes.

Cons

Pay that will keep you below the poverty line, unless you're willing to work yourself to death. And upper management will do everything in their power to pay you as little as they possibly can. You will not be properly trained. Being on call. Proper ppe and environmental hazard information is not encouraged or readly given without inquiry or specific request. HR and management is a joke. They will defend people that harass, verbally assault, threaten, sexually harass and borderline stalk other employees.(The sexism is very prevalent in these cases.)
