Pros

The HR staff was nice

Cons

Mismanaged. They will hire you and fire you after you just complete 1 week of orientation training. No explanation. You could wait 3weeks for orientation to start, make all the arrangements for a daycare, spend money on work attire, and get to work e very day 15 minutes early(before either owners get there), to arrive the Monday following orientation training week get your office and go over the on call schedule that just got emailed the day before on Sunday. You might see that you are on call every 3-4 weeks instead of every 5-6. You might be excited at the opportunity to make 65k a year ( which might make you so happy if you were a single mom starting over with 2 young boys). You might also just prepare yourself for the biggest waste of your time, to be professionally disappointed and to be hired with a set of completely empty fake core values that hang on the wall. Be prepared to listen to the other employees complain a lot, and hear constant excuses why they aren't organized or actually training you.

Pros

In the beginning a lot of promises are made, and talks of pay increases and possible bonuses.

Cons

Nobody ever receives their 30 day review. If you request it, management will find ANY reason to deny it and say, "well you did X or you have not done Y and therefore if I give you a review NOW, it's not going to be good....." and it will continue to be pushed back further, or they will make it a point to leave the office so employees don't have the opportunity to pursue the matter further. Management repeatedly stresses that it's on YOU the employee to take your legal breaks and lunches, and then schedules jobs so that you literally do NOT have time to take your breaks or lunches, and will berate you ruthlessly if you are late for an appointment, or meeting another team. Management also bad mouths seasoned experienced employees and crews to clients, even speaking of their own Project Managers in a very bad light to current clients. Management repeatedly contradicts trained and certified employees recommendations, in order to make more money.
