Pros
Innovative Technology and great for career development. I am earlier on in my career and I love the work life balance that ServiceNow offers, everyone is super welcoming and friendly. We are a constantly evolving company so employees are always encouraged to learn and develop to enhance daily tasks and manual workflows.
Cons
Not too many cons, it is a faster paced environment so it can be challenging for some folks due to tight deadlines and high expectations but nevertheless it is a wonderful company that encourages grit mindset.
