- Energized leadership team - Clear vision & purpose - Great pay & benefits - Diverse workforce (truly! it's not just a buzz word for ServiceNow) - Good brand recognition in the market

Cons

- Typical growing pains of a company scaling this quickly - Not enough people to do all the work, especially in internal operations roles - People are often hired into one role, but then asked to take on "additional roles" given how much there is to do
