Pros

Good work env. Good pay. Work life balance maintained. Good learning curve.

Cons

Recent restructuring and layoff has impact the whole QA department. Many senior qa roles are eliminated and all QA are asked to move to dev roles within next 1 year or leave. For some it might be an opportunity to move to dev role and at the same time for some it might be an overhead. So current the situation is risky here
